Our weekly adult-only anusara classes blend intention with breath, guiding you through 60-minute flows in a warm, supportive small-group setting. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you'll find a space to nurture your body and soul here.

In addition to group classes, private 1-on-1 sessions are available for those seeking personalized guidance, injury support, or a more customized experience.

Class Format & Atmosphere

  • 60-minute Form & Flow – great for all levels, combining strength and breath-based movement.
  • 75-minute Gentle Yoga – a slower-paced, restorative option to unwind and reset.
  • Small class sizes (max 10 students) for individual attention.
  • Candlelight ambiance, uplifting music, and plenty of props.
  • Classes move outdoors to a beautiful garden setting when the weather allows.
